I help organizations, teams and individuals make transformational change to meet their goals. I design and implement interventions to build leadership capabilities, coach leaders and teams and participate in organization change projects. All of my work can be done virtually. My unique ability is to create extraordinary learning experiences that stretch leaders to find their edge and explore their potential.

My experience over a thirty year career includes:

Partnering with some of the best companies in the world to design and implement small and large-scale learning, development and organization change projects
Working with a variety of industries, including technology, healthcare, financial services and manufacturing across different functions, including sales, marketing, information technology and professional services
Founding and leading a global consulting business in India for over fifteen years
Coaching leaders in a range of organizations from large global multinationals to small start ups
Living and working in Asia, the USA and Europe.

I am passionate about finding a work/life rhythm and health and wellness. I am a certified Search Inside Yourself teacher and I speak on mindfulness, resilience, and creating resonance. I offer programs in Strategic Thinking, Innovation, Influence and Coaching. I am a keen cyclist and have raced competitively in Europe and South East Asia, thrice qualifying for the master’s world championship finals. I practice yoga and meditate to stay flexible and grounded.

I help leaders, teams and organisations become more effective in leading, communicating and collaborating. My approach is to understand your requirement and then to design and implement a high impact tailored learning solution. These solutions can be delivered virtually or face to face. What makes working with me unique is the hands-on and experiential nature of the learning I provide. I help you to clearly understand an approach, concept or technique, try it out, absorb feedback, reflect and practice again. Of course, this is all carried out in an environment where you feel safe to try out new behaviors and techniques.

My experience over a 15+ year career includes:

Partnering with some of the best companies in the world to design and implement small and large-scale learning and development projects.
Working with a variety of industries, including technology, healthcare, financial services and manufacturing across different functions, including sales, marketing, information technology and professional services.
Managing and leading projects in a global consulting business in India for 7 years, of which the last 3 years has been in a leadership role as a Partner.
Coaching leaders in a range of different organisations.
Living and working in Asia and Europe.

The key thread in my career has been about making a difference in people’s lives. I constantly seek improvement and innovation and truly enjoy helping others to explore and build on their potential.

She is a Certified Career Success Coach & Leadership Development Specialist and a Certified DiSC® Trainer. A graduate from City University, London, she worked on multiple prestigious international client accounts during her time with Capgemini, Accenture and CSC, in the UK. Since 2010 she has run her own business as a Career Success Coach & Leadership development facilitator, helping senior professionals in global organisations confidently shape their leadership brands in their respective fields.

Vijaya Lukose

Vijaya Lukose is passionate about developing and supporting people’s growth in communication skills and behaviours required to be successful in today’s global business.

With of over 22 years of experience in the Aviation industry, she has worked for award winning airlines including Air India, Eastern Airlines in the US, East West Airlines, Air Deccan, Kingfisher Airlines and Air Pegasus where she held senior positions such as Head, Inflight Services and Vice President, Inflight Services. She has worked as a Training Manager for Eastern Airlines in Florida where she trained and managed eight thousand crew. Vijaya was the first woman flight safety instructor in India and worked closely with the Directorate General of Civil Aviation to bring out the first Flight Safety Manual, endorsed by the FAA, for Domestic Airlines.

Vijaya has about ten years experience consulting with MNCs, where her specialty has been training and facilitating managers and senior managers in the area’s of cultural sensitivity and global presence. She has worked with IBM, SAP, Hewlett Packard, EACoE, GE, Sun Microsystems, Intel, Digital Globalsoft, Cadence Design Systems, Millipore, Ingersoll Rand, CG Smith, RCI, General Electric, Unimobile, Computer Associates, KPMG, Ernst and Young and many other companies.

She holds double master’s Degrees from Indian and American Universities in World History. She also completed ‘Leadership in the 21st Century’ course at the prestigious IIM, Kolkata. She wrote a column on Business Etiquette for The Times of India for four years. She is also the author of three books. Her first two books ‘Ten Steps to become an Air Hostess’ and ‘Absolutely Nuts” has sold well all over the world and she has been invited to Universities in the US to speak about her books. Her third book ‘Plane Crazy’ will be published at the end of this year.

Sujata Lulla

Tenacious and objective, Sujata brings energy and industry experience to the programs that she facilitates. In her work she truly embodies the belief that: “It’s people that matter”.

At VNA, she works in the areas of Global Communication, Influence and Presence. She is also a consulting director and active member of a non-profit home for children in Hyderabad. In her 20-year career, Sujata has held different roles across varied industries. She started her career as a manager with ITC Hotels. She moved on to leading a large team with a consulting firm specializing in executive search and placement. She has worked for many years with GE in the areas of coaching, training and leadership development. At GE she was a lead facilitator for leadership courses in India and abroad; her key responsibilities were in the areas of knowledge transfer and migration of courses to China, Hungary and Romania.

She is very passionate about working with children. In partnership with schools, she runs an empowerment program for children to communicate with a higher level of passion and confidence.

Sujata holds a Bachelors’ degree in Hotel Management from W.G.S.H.A (ITC Welcome Group Graduate School of Hotel Administration) and an MBA from Symbiosis, Pune. She is accredited to debrief the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and (DiSC). She is also a certified Result Coach from the Neuro Leadership Institute.

Jean James Kingery

Jean is ‘an equipper who loves to bring out the best in people’ and makes this evident with clients of VNA where she facilitates programs from Presence and Communication to Cross Cultural Collaboration and Leadership Skills.

Over two decades, Jean has consulted with clients globally. Using her deep knowledge of different working cultures, she facilitates meetings and learning programs for multi-nationals in India and the United States. Jean has held several leadership roles including, Director of Response for the largest international disability ministry, For almost three decades, she has been Co-Founder and Co-Director of proVISION ASIA, an NGO that supports marginalized families affected by disability.

Flexibility is one of her strong assets that work well for her in India. She brings relational and assertiveness to her workshops through example. One of her favorite quotes is by John C. Maxwell: “Your talk talks and your walk talks, but your walk talks louder than your talk talks”.

Holding a BA degree in Psychology from Asbury University in Kentucky, Jean continued her studies with postgraduate counselling hours from North Texas State University and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. She is accredited for Extended DISC training– choosing this successful tool for self-awareness and effective influence. Awards include Faculty Member Excellence for Northwood University and nomination for several consecutive years to the Outstanding Business Women of America. Jean continues to remain a member of the International Women’s Leadership Association.

Bhavna Toor

Bhavna facilitates our global communication offering, Think on Your Feet®. She has been enabling leaders and entrepreneurs to learn high impact communication skills for a number of years and is herself is a highly accomplished pubic speaker. Bhavna can be found at a variety of forums inspiring others on the subject of women’s empowerment and leadership She is also a TEDx speaker. She believes passionately that the tools and techniques Think On Your Feet® provide can enable leaders to find a voice and build their presence.

Bhavna is the founder and CEO of Shenomics.com, a mindful leadership platform created to help women live and lead from within. She is a mentor with Sheroes, Women’s Web and the Cherie Blaire Foundation and a founding member of the Womensphere Global Network.

Bhavna has been an entrepreneur-in-residence at the GSF global accelerator and was the CEO and Director of the National Social Entrepreneurship Forum in India, India’s premier platform for supporting budding young social entrepreneurs.

Prior to moving into leadership coaching and learning Bhavna had a successful eight-year long corporate career in finance. Her last role was as a Vice President and Client Portfolio Manager at Lazard in New York, where she managed product and business development for various hedge fund strategies on its $7 Billion Alternative Investments platform.

Bhavna has an MBA in Social Innovation and Impact from the New York University-Stern School of Business. She’s lived in six countries, and brings a global perspective and sensitivity to her work.

Kyra Chugh

Program Coordinator

At VNA, Kyra assists in creating projects that run smoothly and successfully by coordinating logistics and other operational functions with our clients.

Kyra started her career at Goldman Sachs as a Business Analyst where she dealt with bank reconciliations of client accounts. After marriage, she moved on to managing a boutique selling women’s clothes, travelling within India and Internationally for exhibitions to promote their products. She now brings her experience and her positive and cheerful character to the VNA team.

Kyra holds a Bachelors’ degree in Commerce from Bangalore University and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Finance from Symbiosis Center for Distance Learning.

Away from work, she loves reading books and is passionate about music and dance.

Raj

Admin Assistant

Profile

Raj looks after the material preparation for VNA programmes, the interaction with our suppliers and our transportation logistics and coordination requirements. Working alongside Diana from 2007 he provides valuable support to the team.

Married last year, Raj is now looking for ways to expand his contribution to his new family while continuing to grow at VNA, adding new skills and value to himself and VNA.

Vimala Seshadri

Vimala has a diverse background that stretches from her doctorate in pharmacy, to being the Founder and Executive Director of a not for profit home for girls, and being an Facilitator and Executive Coach.

Vimala started facilitating leadership programs at CWS in 2007 in which she focussed on (Virtual) Teamwork, Global Communication, Cross Cultural Collaboration and Presentation Skills for a variety of clients across the IT, Pharma and Financial sectors.

At present, she facilitates programmes of our international partners and she is accredited to deliver Constructive Negotiation™ of Barnes & Conti as well as Think on Your Feet®; the internationally acclaimed communication-skills workshop that trains you to organize your thought and ideas quickly for clear, concise, persuasive messages. As a Coach, Vimala has worked with clients from a range of diverse backgrounds that include CEOs and CFOs, educators, medical professionals and international ex-patriots.

She has a total of 700 hours of coaching experience and is in the process of obtaining her PCC (Professional Certified Coach) certification, having completed her Certified Coach course from the Erickson School of Coaching. She is also certified in Hogan and MBTI. Vimala holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Clinical Residency from the Jewish Hospital at Washington University in St. Louis.

Passionate about helping people, she has also founded a home for girls in Chennai to empower them to realize the potential within.
